Paralegal
Matthew Verdi is a Paralegal and Summer Law Clerk at WKD. He graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and is
currently attending Southwestern Law School in pursuit of his Juris Doctorate and is set to graduate in 2027. During his time at the University of California, Riverside, he wasa part of numerous clubs and organizations such as Alpha Epsilon Pi and CALPIRG where he held multiple leadership positions.
At Southwestern, Matthew is a member of the Persian Middle Eastern Law Association, the Jewish Growth society and the ACLU Southwestern Law Chapter.
Matthew previously worked at WKD for two years prior attending law school, working his way up to a litigation paralegal position before leaving for law school. In his time here, Matthew hopes to gain more experience in legal research and legal writing.
During his free time, Matthew enjoys keeping up with current events, running, and spending time with those he cares for most.
