Legal Assistant

 

Kaitlyn graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Long Beach, earning her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. She has experience navigating sensitive client matters and handling confidential information, developed during her time as a mediation intern at the Orange County Justice Center.

 

In this role, Kaitlyn gained hands-on experience drafting legal stipulations for small claims and civil harassment cases, while strengthening her foundation in dispute resolution and client communication. She is committed to continuing to expand her experience and knowledge at WKD as a Legal Assistant.

In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys attending concerts, playing guitar, and traveling.

 

 

Daniel Randall

 Legal Assistant 

Daniel Randall is a legal assistant at WKD, where he supports attorneys and staff with client communications, administrative coordination, and case preparation. Daniel has a B.A in Philosophy from California State University, Los Angeles. He also has completed the Paralegal associate’s degree at Mt. San Antonio College, where afterwards he began his legal professional career. Daniel is committed to maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of his work.

In his free time, Daniel spends his time watching movies with his pet cat, working on his creative writing, and reading the newest Sci-fi books

Senior Paralegal

Myrna has over a decade of legal experience. She has successfully assisted attorneys in conservatorship, guardianship, probate and trust administration prior to WKD.  Myrna also has an extensive background in family law and has general civil litigation experience which provides her with a diverse background in paralegal support.

Myrna enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
