Sevanna "Sev" Reitter
Sevanna “Sev” Reitter graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2020. Following graduation, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she completed a Master of Laws in International Law and International Relations. At the end of her LLM, she wrote a dissertation on migration law in the European Union. She is a legal assistant for Wright Kim Douglas and plans to attend Law School in the future.
Sev has participated in numerous internships and peer mentoring. This includes working for Assembly Member Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, and providing assistance to constituents, compiling requests and the assembly member in question; analyzed bill proposals and wrote memos for the office of the assembly member. She also interned at a law firm in Paris, France, conducting legal research and translating documents. Lastly, she has served as a Peer Advisorat University of California, Davis, organizing events for 200 of the first-year students, compiling academic resources, and providing advice to students during in-person appointments.
